Tall House Limited have secured outline planning permission develop 36 dwellings on a circa 4.5 acre site in Norwich. Our program for this development suggests a circa two year build.
The new homes that are currently being proposed are a carefully considered mixture of 24 open market housing and 12 affordable properties. We have ascertained that there is a healthy demand for affordable and market homes in this area and our proposed development will go some way to meeting this local need. Our research indicated a strong demand for bungalows in the village and consequently some 25% of the properties shown on the development plan are single storey.
Public Open Space is provided for ‘on site’ and the private garden spaces to the 37 properties are commensurate with the scale of the properties and the amenity needs of the future residents.
